Sauerkraut
Carrots
Celery
Potatoes
Onions
Garlic
Cover the bottom of a small roasting pan with water. Toss in all ingredients. Season as desired - I used rosemary, salt and pepper and then drizzled the cubed potatoes with a little bit of olive oil. Roast in a hot oven, 350* for 90 minutes or until veggies are soft. Enjoy!!
