Scallops - Melt 3-4 T. butter in a skillet. Add minced garlic and scallops. Cook each side 3-4 minutes on medium high heat. When browned, season with lemon juice, paprika and parsley.
Aaron's birthday is coming up and I made dinner last night to celebrate. His gift this year was seafood, I bought both scallops and crab for another night, and his favorite beer. I was looking forward to this birthday, to plan a big party and go out for dinner and drinks, but he'd rather not. I picked up that weekend for some extra money and work early on his birthday so maybe we still can go out for a quiet dinner.
