Jello Poke Cake

Tomorrow we're joining Mom & Dad up to the lake. We're going to visit Satek winery and share dinner with them. I'm bringing a Jello Poke Cake - it'll be refreshing in this warmer weather that we've been experiencing.

Jello Poke Cake

1 White Cake Mix
1 small box of Jello
Cool Whip
Strawberries, cleaned and sliced

Fix cake according to directions. Bake and set out to cool for 15-minutes. Poke holes in the cake with a fork.

Prepare Jello (I like to use Strawberry) with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir to dissolve and pour over the cake. Let set until cool and then refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Frost with Cool Whip and decorate with fresh strawberry slices. Enjoy!
