Teriyaki Chicken Sandwhiches

Chicken Breasts
Lawry's Teriyaki Marinade
Pineapple Slices
Swiss Cheese
Ciabatta Bread, sliced

Lettuce
Tomato
Mustard
Mayonnaise

Clean chicken breasts and cut down into bun-size patties. I had 3 large chicken breasts which made 6-7 chicken patties. Marinade for 1 hour. Grill chicken and baste with marinade. Grill pineapple slices. When done, assemble chicken patty and a slice of swiss cheese on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Melt cheese under broiler. Assemble sandwiches with favorite toppings and grilled pineapple slices. Enjoy!
