9 to 5

Because my husband was unable to secure time off when the baby was born, he took his "Paternity Leave" after he finished Tax Season at the firm. Today, he went back to work after three weeks off. We miss him already! Ellie woke up asking for Aaron and was very sad when I told her Daddy went back to work today. I had gotten so used to him making breakfast that it seemed like a foreign concept today. To top it off, I dropped my bowl of oatmeal on my bare foot, leaving behind a sticky mess and blisters on my toes! I think it is safe to say that the weekend cannot get here quick enough! We miss Daddy!
