2 Slices of Canadian Bacon
1 English Muffin, cut in half and toasted
1/2 C. Butter
Hollandaise Sauce:  In a blender, combine - 
3 Egg Yolks
Tobasco Sauce
2 T. Lemon Juice
Pepper
Toast muffin, top with cooked Canadian Bacon.  Stack Poached Eggs on top and cover with Hollandaise Sauce.
