2 Apples - peeled, cored and diced
8 ounces Raspberries
1 pound Strawberries
2 T. White Sugar
1 T. Brown Sugar
3 T. Fruit Preserves, any flavor
Pita Bread
Butter Flavored Cooking Spray
2 C. Cinnamon Sugar
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, apples, raspberries, strawberries, sugars, and preserves. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 350*. Coat one side of each pita with butter flavored cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, then spray again with cooking spray. Bake in a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. Serve with chilled fruit salsa.
