In an effort to cut back, I've been cooking at home even on nights when I just don't feel like it. Tonight was one of those nights. I spent my first day in a kindergarten classroom for a field experience and it was horrible. LOVE the kids, but the staff could use a dose of friendly. Hubs said I could order a pizza, but we had the ingredients in the cupboard for pizza bagels.
Pizza Sauce
Fresh Mozzarella
Pepperoni
Arrange toasted bread on a cookie sheet. Top with sauce, cheese and toppings. Broil in oven until toasty. Kid friendly, husband approved.
