Tuna Salad

Even though I've been home all week, cooking has been limited since A isn't getting home till 8 pm or after. I'm making a batch of Tuna Salad to send in his lunch, since there aren't any leftovers.

1 Can Tuna, drained

3 Hard-Boiled Eggs, peeled and chopped

Homemade Sweet Relish*

Miracle Whip

Hot Sauce

Salt and Pepper

Mix in a bowl and serve on your favorite bread, bun or pita. *Relish made by my sweet grandma, Nini, the one in the pink.
