Chocolate Fudge Brownies with Fresh Raspberry Sauce
I did cheat and buy brownies from the bakery, as it is too hot to bake, but I did make a simple sauce to fancy them up a bit.
1 pint Fresh Raspberries
2 Tablespoons Sugar
Heat over medium in a small saucepan. Add a drizzle of water if needed. Smash raspberries with the back of a spoon, leaving some chunks. Heat till warm. Serve over ice cream or brownies.
